Every order is prepared in small batches, often cooked or packed after your order is placed. This ensures you receive the freshest possible smoked meats and deli items.

For orders outside our local delivery area, we ship exclusively via UPS or FedEx Express.

At this time, online orders are available for delivery within Texas only. If you’d like to place an order outside of Texas, we’d still love to make it happen! Just reach out through our Contact Us form, and we’ll be happy to assist with your request.

We typically need 1–3 business days to prepare your order before it ships. Delivery times depend on the carrier and the shipping method you select at checkout.

For best results, refrigerate your items right away. Most products will last about 10–14 days unopened in the fridge, and many can be frozen to enjoy later.

Our deli foods are handcrafted in a licensed retail kitchen, but we are not USDA-inspected. This allows us to focus on small-batch, artisan-style products instead of mass production.

Because our food is perishable, we cannot accept returns. However, if there’s a shipping issue or your order arrives damaged, please contact us — we’ll make it right.

Yes! Our smoked meats make wonderful gifts, and we can also accommodate bulk or special orders. Just reach out and we’ll be happy to help.
